Just found this great free planner to print. This free planner includes daily pages, goal-planning pages, and quarterly planning pages. This weeks menu:

Monday- Coconut Chicken , Salad
Tuesday- Grilled CHicken with spinach and mozzerella,salad
Wednesday- Honey Sauced CHicken, rice and peas
Thursday- French Bread Pizza
Friday- Vegtable Pot Pie
Saturday- Chicken Roll ups with loaded Mash potato casserole
Sunday- Penne with Pesto, chicken cream cheese sauce, salad and bread!!!!
